Ed Casciotti joined The Pest Rangers in 2026 as a Technician, bringing over 15 years of experience and a strong commitment to honesty, professionalism, and customer care. Originally from Catasauqua, PA, Ed takes pride in providing quality service that gives customers peace of mind while helping solve their pest concerns.
Before entering the pest control industry, Ed worked in the criminal justice field, where he developed the communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism that continue to shape his approach today.
He believes in making things easy for customers to understand and focuses on delivering straightforward, honest service every step of the way. What sets Ed apart is his ability to explain information clearly so customers feel informed and confident about the solutions being provided.
Outside of work, Ed enjoys spending time hunting and fishing and is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan. He also loves traveling and has explored nearly every country in the Caribbean, missing only two. Friends and customers alike are often surprised to learn that Ed is ambidextrous in almost everything he does.

Octavio Figueroa Jr. joined The Pest Rangers in 2026 as a Technician, bringing energy, positivity, and a people-first attitude to the team. Based in Wilkes-Barre, Octavio enjoys meeting new people, exploring new places, and creating great experiences for customers every day.
Before joining The Pest Rangers, Octavio worked in customer service, warehouse operations, and as a dietary aide, building strong communication and problem-solving skills along the way. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he takes pride in being able to connect with a wide range of customers and help them feel comfortable and understood. He describes his approach to service as calm, collected, and professional, always believing that first impressions matter and that cleanliness and presentation go a long way.
What makes Octavio stand out is his personality and ability to relate to almost anyone. Being young, tech-savvy, bilingual, and a gamer helps him naturally start conversations and make customers feel at ease from the moment he arrives.
Outside of work, Octavio enjoys cooking, watching anime, playing video games, going to the gym, and riding his dirt bike. A fan of the Yankees and Lakers, he also appreciates relaxing at home on his days off. Many people are surprised to learn that while heโs Dominican and Puerto Rican, he was actually born on the beautiful island of St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Jamie joined The Pest Rangers with over 30 years of experience in security and law enforcement, bringing a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to operations and safety. Throughout his career, Jamie has held leadership roles for more than 15 years, developing strong management skills and a proven ability to lead teams effectively in high-pressure environments.
A proud U.S. Army veteran and former paratrooper, Jamieโs military background instilled in him a strong work ethic, resilience, and commitment to excellence that continue to define his professional approach today.
Originally from Hanover Township, Jamie is a dedicated family man and the proud father of three children. Outside of work, he enjoys taking long road trips with his wife, exploring new places and creating lasting memories. He is also passionate about aquatic life, specializing in breeding African Cichlids, particularly Frontosa. An adventurous spirit, Jamie has even swum in all five of the Great Lakes
Ivan Galeno is a Service Technician at The Pest Rangers who brings a hardworking, detail-oriented approach to every service call. Since joining the team in 2026, Ivan has built a reputation for being reliable, thorough, and committed to making sure every customer feels comfortable and confident in their home. He believes pest control is about more than just solving a problem โ itโs about giving people peace of mind and making the process as easy and stress-free as possible.
In his role, Ivan handles pest control services for both residential and commercial properties, including inspections, treatments, and preventative solutions. Originally from Middletown, Delaware and currently based in Langhorne, PA, Joe has worked in pest control on and off for over six years, building hands-on experience and a deep understanding of the field.
OSHA and CPR certified, Joe takes pride in solving problems thoroughly and turning stressful situations into positive outcomes. He approaches every job with the goal of not only eliminating pest issues, but also leaving customers feeling at ease and confident. As he puts it, customers may not be happy about the problemโbut heโs there to make them smile through quality work and genuine care.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys staying active at the gym, fishing for largemouth bass and flathead catfish, spending time at the range, and playing guitarโsometimes even serenading animals for fun. Heโs also an avid adventurer, having hiked Mount Mitchell, the highest peak in the eastern United States. Joe values time with his girlfriend Crystal and his two sisters, and thrives on building meaningful relationships both on and off the job.

Outside of work, Scott has been a dedicated bass player for over 35 years and actively performs with multiple bands in the Wilkes-Barre area. Music remains a central part of his life, allowing him to connect with the local community and express his creativity.
In his free time, Scott enjoys going out and spending quality time with his wife, as well as relaxing at home with their two Sphynx cats, Franklin and Oliver.

Born and raised in South Jersey, Wes Jenkins has spent the past five years in the pest control industry and recently joined The Pest Rangers team. His journey has taken him through Texas, Maryland, and various parts of South Jersey before settling in Pennsylvania.
Beyond pest control, Wes has a deep passion for language and historyโhe’s fluent in English and Spanish and can read and write in Biblical Hebrew. A creative at heart, he’s also the author of three historical fiction novels. In his free time, he enjoys playing piano and guitar, exploring new Italian restaurants, and spending time with his rescue cat, Coco-Chanel. Wes is also the founder and host of Truth Over Tradition, a social media platform and streaming podcast dedicated to exploring the differences between biblical truths and cultural traditions, both past and present.

Charlie Lukasavage is from Kingston, PA. He loves dogs and enjoys spending time in the sun and sand. Whether itโs playing fetch at the beach or relaxing outdoors, Charlie embraces every moment of fun and adventure.
Ben Woroniak is an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for hunting. He loves spending time in nature, exploring new landscapes, and enjoying the thrill of the hunt. Whether heโs tracking game or simply soaking in the beauty of the great outdoors, Ben finds joy in every adventure outside.
Amy has over 6 years of experience in pest control customer service. Known for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor, she excels in interacting with people. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family and pets. Amy lives in Lansdale, PA with her husband, two children, her dog Lucy, and her cat Chloe.
Rowena Lucillo brings 17 years of extensive customer service expertise, excelling in both voice and non-voice interactions. Ashley Gonzalez is part of our customer experience team dealing with office operations such as scheduling and billing. She recently obtained an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and is in the works of furthering her education. She enjoys being with her family, the warm weather and everything beauty-related.
Benjamin hails from New Hampshire, which he considers the most beautiful state in the country. He spends most of his days outdoors, either skateboarding or hiking. Benjamin is an avid art and music enthusiast with a diverse background. Before moving to Pennsylvania, he managed a paintball field and worked in marketing. Fun fact: he has hiked every 4,000-foot mountain in Maine. Now, he is a dedicated residential and commercial pest control technician.
Steve Hirsch hails from California and has built a robust career in facilities management, most notably overseeing operations at a prestigious private school. An avid enthusiast of the outdoors and music, Steve spends his free time snowboarding down slopes, strumming his guitar, and cruising the roads on his Harley. A devoted dog lover, he shares a special bond with his canine companions, embracing the joy and companionship they bring.
Ayden Wallrath is from North Wales, Pennsylvania. Pest Control runs through Ayden’s blood as he is 4th generation in the pest control industry. Ayden’s grandfather founded Father and Son Pest Control in Horsham, PA. Ayden has a passion for custom cars. He enjoys attending car shows, meets, and local cruise spots. Ayden joined The Pest Rangers in 2023 and is glad to be of service.
Andrew Colucci joined our team in 2023 as a Pest Control Technician, bringing a solid background in customer service. Andrew specializes in both residential and commercial pest control services servicing the Poconos. When heโs not on the job, Andrew enjoys golfing, baseball, and everything the Poconos offers.
With just ten years of experience within the industry, Adrian started his pest control journey as a necessity to support himself and his expecting wife. Now, with a full arsenal of pest control knowledge, Adrian’s priority remains offering quality service to help customers not lose any sleep at night.
When off duty, this Ranger enjoys spending time with and partaking in all the activities of being a family of six. There’s never a dull moment in the Torres household, that’s for sure.
Dean joins The Pest Rangers team with over seven years of experience specializing in Commercial Account Management and Field Inspections. Having grown up in the hospitality industry in the Poconos, he is very familiar with the value of customer service and providing the customer with an enjoyable experience.
Dean enjoys gardening, exploring State and National Parks with his wife, Judy, in his spare time, and spending time with his grandson, daughter, and son-in-law whenever possible.

Eddie joined our team in 2021 and has been in the pest control industry for over 10 years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time hunting, fishing, and exploring nature with his wife of 29 years and their two dogs!
Joe Napersky is a residential/commercial and termite technician. Joe has worked part-time for The Pest Rangers for a number of years before joining our team full time in 2018. Joe is an avid hunter and fisherman. Joe enjoys playing the guitar and is a fan of the Miami Dolphins.
Ted Linkiewicz has been a committed, knowledgeable, and hard-working member of The Pest Ranger family since 2008. Ted serves as the service manager with an extensive background in food safety termite, residential, and commercial pest services.
When he is not giving his all at work, he especially enjoys the outdoors. He loves camping, ATV riding, boating, and fishing with his wife, Kim. Ted is a huge animal lover and has a dog Theo. He is a stepfather of two boys, Noah and Nathan. He is a proud father to his daughter Alyssa, an accomplished Navy Veteran and granddaughter Aryelle
Frank Trinisewski joined The Pest Rangers in 2021 to assist with day-to-day operations and the financial management of the firm. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from The University of Scranton. Frank brings over a decade of business experience to The Pest Rangers working previously in commercial real estate and corporate accounting roles.
Frank is an avid follower of the economy and stock market. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching sports and spending time with his nephews, Colton and Austin. Frank currently resides in Swoyersville, PA, and is a lifelong resident of Northeastern PA.
Tim Drewes joined The Pest Rangers in 2024, bringing his expertise in Operations to support the companyโs day-to-day operations. A proud graduate of Dunmore High School, Timothy went on to earn a degree in Operations from Temple University, where he specialized in Hospitality Management. His background in Commercial Building Maintenance further enhances his capabilities in operational management.
Outside of his professional role, Tim is an accomplished sports photographer, capturing moments for professional sports teams, colleges, and local high schools. A devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan and an enthusiastic supporter of Major League Baseball, Timothy resides in Dallas with his wife, Ariana, and their 2 poodles.
Jeff King is the President of The Pest Rangers, headquartered in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. Jeff resides in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. Jeff serves as President of the Pennsylvania Pest Management Association and Chairman of the Education Committee for the Pennsylvania Pest Management Association. Jeff was part of the inaugural National Pest Management Executive Leadership Program and serves on the Technology, Business Development Committees, and Quality Pro Board of Directors. Jeff was elected and serves on the National Pest Management Association Board of Directors in 2022.
Jeff has spoken across the United States for the National Pest Management Association and other State Pest Control Associations on topics that include: Proactive Bed Bug Programs, Bed Bug Service Models, Bed Bug Litigation, Digital and Video Marketing, Sales, and other business-related matters. Jeff enjoys spending time relaxing, joyriding, and traveling the United States.
