Conventional Liquid Treatment:

This treatment consists of establishing a treated zone around a structure’s foundation to protect it. The great thing is that the termites do not even know that there is termiticide product there.

There is no repellant that termites sense so they continue to function as usual crossing through the treated zone unaware their end is near. Once the termites have come in contact with the treated zone or any other termite that has come in contact with the termiticide product, they become contaminated and will eventually die; but not before they stop feeding and grooming themselves and stop performing their normal function within the colony.

While alive, the contaminated termites will move about in the colony and will “TRANSFER” the contamination to other members in the colony through contact. Ultimately, the process can achieve total Colony Elimination.

Termite Pre-Construction Service:

Whether building something new or adding an addition onto an existing structure, it is important to protect your investment.

It makes no difference if the foundation is a slab, crawl space or basement or whether it is poured concrete, cinder block or brick. Termites only need 1/64th of an inch to get in!

It could be a crack or a natural expansion joint, it could a gap where plumbing or electric is roughed in within the foundation. Simply having pressure treated lumber is NOT sufficient because there is no such

thing as 100% pressure treated lumber. The pressure treated lumber that is used gets cut and used in many cases. In light of these facts and challenges, it is imperative that a Pre-Construction Treatment be performed.
